I'm Sal, the coach behind Gomez Fitness in Riceville, Iowa. I know what it feels like to want change and not know where to start, because I lived it for years.

These are my own results. Everyone's body and journey are different, and your results will depend on your starting point, your health and your consistency.

My story

Years of feeling stuck

For years, I felt stuck at an unhealthy weight. I wanted to change, but I didn't know where to start, what to do, or how to make the change last.

When I finally found a path that worked for me, I lost a significant amount of weight. More importantly, the change lasted. It transformed the way my body looked and the way I felt about myself.

Now I want to help you experience that same transformation. You don't have to stay stuck, and you don't have to figure it all out alone.

I'm not just here to help you lose weight. I'm here to help you create a lasting change you can see, feel and be proud of.

What I believe

What I want every client to hear

  • You don't have to stay stuck.
  • You don't have to figure it all out alone.
  • You don't have to be perfect.
  • You don't need another quick fix.
  • You need a plan that works in your real life.

We're not just changing your weight. We're changing your habits, your confidence and your relationship with the process.

My mission

Guiding you through the journey I once took alone

My mission is to help people transform their bodies and their lives by guiding them through the same journey I once struggled to navigate on my own.

Through personalized coaching, accountability and practical guidance, I help you build sustainable habits, reach your weight-loss goals and become the person you've been working toward becoming.

My approach

Why I ask for a real commitment

I don't offer a quick fix. I ask clients to commit to at least six months, and a full year is even better.

That time lets us build consistency, work through setbacks and handle real life, including busy seasons, holidays, vacations and stressful weeks. Those moments aren't interruptions to your progress. They're where you learn how to make your new lifestyle last.

Six months can start your transformation. A year gives us the chance to build a lifestyle around it.
